Flaminia, is a writer, speaker, executive coach and leadership developer, trainer. She has a significant experience in working with senior executives on leadership development initiatives and in a variety of areas including developing strategic approach, managing change, designing organizational systems, coaching, and facilitating critical teamwork.
Flaminia is one of the first professionals to have developed and delivered services on maternity support worldwide aimed to improve the relationship between employers and workers who become parents.
Flaminia specializes leadership development, self-improvement, succession planning and organizational development. She has designed, delivered and managed projects in the areas of leadership, sales, customer service, change management, trainer training, teambuilding, professional and internal coaching, and NLP.
Flaminia has a degree in Sociology with special focus in Economics, Organization and Labor, and qualifications as a Trainer and Consultant with NLP, in Human Resources Management Mastership, Industrial Relations and Organizational Consultancy. Flaminia is certified PCC by International Coaching Federation and has trained professional coaches since 2003 in Italy. She has also been involved personally in the development of ICF European Chapters and the coaching industry in Italy. Flaminia is a post graduate program lecturer in the areas of coaching, executive coaching, leadership, change and diversity management.
