For the last 25 years – in English, Spanish and French – her areas of focus have included global leadership, team development, talent management, executive coaching and design and organizational change initiatives.
Lisa developed a proprietary coaching model specifically for people leaders, which has been taught around the world in 9 languages over 80 times. She is currently on leave from a PhD program at Fielding Graduate University while writing a book for people leaders on how to coach others. She has received extensive training in Gestalt organizational development and coaching, and completed executive education at Harvard Law School and at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
