Tanya Faude-Koivisto, Ph.D, is an international executive coach and organization development consultant. Her work supports individuals and organizations to discover and realize their fullest potential. Leaders and leadership teams working with Tanya gain deeper awareness about how their actions, ways of thinking and emotional processes impact their effectiveness in achieving desired business results. Her approach emphasizes intercultural dynamics, systemic thinking and the application of newest findings in psychology and neuroscience to the field of organizational and individual development.
She has corporate, entrepreneurial and non-profit clients in the US, Europe, Asia and South Africa. Her work experience spans a variety of industries, such as: finances, automobile manufacturing, electronics, solar energy, telecommunication, self-improvement, education and healthcare. Tanya’s expertise builds on cutting edge research in motivational and goal psychology as Research Associate in the Motivation Lab at New York University. She is a faculty member at the Gestalt Center for Organization and Systems Development in Cleveland, Ohio and is an on-boarding faculty member at the Columbia Executive Coaching Program in New York; in addition, she is an experienced family and couple therapist.
Tanya holds a doctoral degree in Social Psychology (New York University, USA and University of Konstanz, Germany), a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (University of Munich, Germany and Harvard University, USA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (University of Munich, Germany). She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and is a graduate of the following post-graduate training programs at the Gestalt OSD Center: International Gestalt Coaching Program, Organization Systems Development program and Working With Groups.
Tanya’s international experience and perspective comes from having lived in Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, the US East and West Coast, and having worked in a global setting for 15+ years. She holds a dual US-German citizenship and speaks German, English, French and intermediate Spanish. Tanya lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and daughter.
