Rita has been working as an OD consultant, facilitator and coach for almost 20 years. Originally interested in how different HR systems (performance appraisal, competencies, career development) can support human development, Rita then turned to the human dynamics of change including a focus on leadership development, teambuilding and team development. She is experienced in change processes where she uses her energy and genuine curiosity to develop both organizational and individual awareness in order to support better decision making. In her approach she combines structure with support, giving direction while letting things happen, and providing safety while also letting people learn from uncertainty.
Originally educated as an economist at the University of Economics Budapest, she studied also in the Management Program of the Limburg Business School in Belgium. She is also a graduate of the Norwegian Gestalt Institute’s Gestalt therapist program.
Rita’s work experience spans a variety of industries, such as electronics, finances, manufacturing, IT, telecommunication, pharma and healthcare. She has served numerous multinational organizations, including TetraPak, GSK, Philip Morris, Friesland, E.ON, DHL, Danone, Novartis, Pepsi Americas, IBM, AXA, and Telenor.
