Gabor is an Organizational Development consultant, coach and HR expert based in Budapest, Hungary. He has spent 8 years in various HR roles ranging from specialist to HR director at AT&T, Ericsson and Aventis Pharma. Since 2005, he has worked as an OD and HR consultant. For almost a decade, he has led the Leadership Development and the Performance & Reward practice areas at Aon Hewitt (Hewitt Associates) in Budapest. As an expert consultant, he specializes in leadership development, competency diagnostics and development, as well as executive coaching. He also works on compensation and incentive systems as well as performance management assignments. He has taken part in several large scale employee engagement measurement and improvement projects as well.
Gabor holds a BA in Business Studies degree from the Oxford Brookes University and a degree in Organizational Development and Supervision from the International Business School – Budapest.
