Christina Rahmn is a psychologist and OD practitioner based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Christina has more than thirty years of experience working as a manager, project leader and consultant. For ten years she worked as a HR- and OD-consultant at the Swedish Red Cross HQ during which she held assignments in Russia (organizational- and leadership development), Nepal (evaluation of community projects in the Himalayas), and Thailand (team leader of psychosocial support groups after the tsunami). Working in a global context, Christina has trained professionals in cross-cultural teams in Sweden and within the IFRC and ICRC.
As a consultant, Christina has worked with clients in the public and private sectors in the areas of organizational strategic change processes in groups and large systems, leadership development, and project and conflict management. Christina coaches executives and leadership teams to navigate change.
Aware that increasing complexity of organizations brings with it the need for constant change and new interdependent leadership cultures, Christina is directed toward supporting organizational structures and processes that encourage interactions across the enterprise/organization, widespread use of dialogue, collaboration, horizontal networks, valuing differences and a focus on learning. She has a special expertise in the field of values driven NGOs.
Christina holds a Master of Science Gestalt in Organizations, Gestalt-Academy of Scandinavia in co-operation with University of Derby, UK and is a registered psychologist at Stockholm University. She has also completed academic studies in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, and Social Studies at Stockholm University.
