Caterina is Italian and lives in Venice. She works as a coach for small and medium enterprises, offering a flexible and low-impact tool to facilitate organizational learning. She also consults to family businesses, offering coaching to facilitate generational transitions. She enjoys co-facilitating international team building events for corporations and transnational organizations. She applies her counseling skills to intervene in organizations which need to rebuild trust and cohesion amongst employees. In 2013 she was hired by a Regional Development Agency to manage a project aiming at designing a model to transfer knowledge across organizations and across generations.
Caterina holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Padua and a Master in Latin American Studies from the University of London. She is also a licensed family counselor and a graduate of the International Organization System Development Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. In 2012 she attended the Listening Professional Training leading to Certification.
