Anat Kedem has over 15 years experience in cross-cultural training, consulting and coaching for leading companies, government and non-profit organizations, focusing on multicultural and virtual teams, relocation, designing curricula, mediation and conflict resolution.
Anat holds an MA from Haifa University in Education and Teacher Training. She specialized in cross-cultural communication at the Intercultural Communication Institute in Portland and at Tel Aviv Open University’s Intercultural Communication Training for Trainers. She trained as a facilitator at TELEM’s (Israel) Group Facilitation Program. She is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s IOSD – International Organization & Systems Development Program and of the Gestalt Center for Organization and System Development ICF accredited International Gestalt Coaching Program.
Born in Israel, Anat has lived in the US and South Africa. In the US since 1998, Anat has been providing cross cultural services to organizations with a US-Israeli interface as well as coaching executives and individuals. She designed and facilitated cross cultural interventions at startup and established companies. Her clients include Cisco, SanDisk, Intel, Diligent, Mellanox, Verisign, VSI and Zoran.
